At Deckway, we are committed to prompt, friendly service. Most product orders ship within 5 working days. If your product order is not in stock, we will promptly notify you of when you can expect your order to arrive.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it at once and notify us if there has been damage to any product. Returns will not be accepted if we are not notified within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will gladly replace the damaged merchandise at no charge.

With our secure server, your credit card information is protected. Prepayments by certified check or money order is also accepted.
